Who are we?
My philosophy as an individual has evolved from a lifetime spent in the outdoors. With this personal and experiential based interaction with the natural world, the cycles of the seasons, and the rhythms of the environment I began to realize, and recognize, the importance of the patterns of nature, the continual dying and rebirth, the balance of opposites.
A consciousness developed within me from this understanding, for an acknowledgement of both what I "see" in the physical world and what I "understand" in the natural world. The yin and the yang of interaction, and the duality of nature. There is always an opposite of the "unobserved", that is counter balancing the "observed."
It is only with this recognition that we may become genuine leaders of others and ourselves.
The fruition of this, which is continually evolving and changing, as nature does, is a model based on wilderness inspired leadership and discovery that takes people into the world of nature, be that literally or figuratively, to discover, rediscover, have a glimpse of, or a solidifying of, what it truly means to be human, dancing "with" the rhythms of nature.
